Payment
For online purchases, Craft Pantry uses Stripe to process secure payment. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of Goods & Services Tax (GST).
Processing time & backorders
In order to pack your items with due care, we require 2 – 3 days to ensure items that are in stock are packed carefully and safely before dispatch. Items that are on backorder may incur additional processing time.
Items that show as available on backorder indicate you may be ordering a quantity greater than is currently in stock. To expedite your order try reducing the quantity of that item, or proceed with ordering if you are happy to wait a little longer for delivery. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
Postage
At present, we ship domestically only but if you want to make an international shipping enquiry please please get in touch.
Cost of domestic postage is charged at checkout.
We can only deliver to a residential address. We are NOT able to deliver to a P.O. Box.
Liability
It is important to understand that once products leave Craft Pantry, how the product is used is your responsibility, and any damage e.g. to property, equipment, caused associated with the use of the product are not at fault by Craft Pantry.
With warning and advice information readily available on relevant listings and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) information available upon request (hello@craftpantry.com.au), ‘you’ the purchaser, warrant that you have received adequate information regarding the goods to ensure their safe use, handling and storage, and ensure that the goods are handled responsibly.
